JTB MarketPlace (GetThere) is transitioning to MarketPlace powered by Teal, a modern booking experience designed to make business travel faster, easier, and more intuitive for Travelers and Travel Managers. This FAQ outlines what’s changing, how to access your new account, what happens to existing bookings, and how to navigate the transition with confidence.
Any trips previously booked in JTB MarketPlace will remain active and valid throughout the transition to MarketPlace powered by Teal. You can continue to manage or complete these trips as usual. All new travel bookings should be made using MarketPlace powered by Teal, where you’ll find a cleaner design, improved navigation, and greater flexibility.
Need to change or cancel an existing JTB MarketPlace (GetThere) reservation? Your JTB Business Travel Advisor will be happy to assist. They will ensure your booking is updated accurately during this transition period.
Unused tickets stored in JTB MarketPlace cannot be transferred to MarketPlace powered by Teal. If you wish to redeem an unused ticket:
1. Contact your JTB Business Travel Advisor.
2. They will confirm eligibility and process the ticket on your behalf.
This process ensures each unused ticket is validated and applied correctly.

Travelers can reference prior bookings as they move to the enhanced tools in MarketPlace powered by Teal. After March 31, 2026, the legacy platform will be retired. This includes all historical booking data.
Receipts will no longer be emailed automatically. Instead, Travelers can download all receipts directly from the Payment Details section in MarketPlace powered by Teal. This centralizes recordkeeping, simplifies expense reporting, and makes documentation easier to access.

Some of your profile information has already migrated. When you first log in, you’ll find these details in place:
During your first booking, you will be prompted to confirm or complete details, such as your date of birth, gender, and passport information, to ensure accurate and compliant travel arrangements.
You may also update your profile at any time before booking.
If you are new to the company, your organization’s designated administrator will create your Traveler profile in MarketPlace powered by Teal. If you believe a profile has not yet been set up, please contact your administrator to ensure you receive access before your first trip.
The iKoh app will remain available until April 1, 2026, but no new travel content will sync once your profile has moved to MarketPlace powered by Teal.
